SAP Business One - Service Process

This demonstration provides an overview of the Service Functionality in SAP Business One. Using SAP Business One, you can track service contracts with your customers and vendors by item, item group or business partner specific. Understand quickly whether an item is still under warranty and whether or not parts, labor or travel is covered. Get a detailed understanding of all equipment that has been sold to your customers and the history of all past transactions, service calls and service contracts that have applied to that particular item. Quickly and easily create new service requests from customers and assign a service tech to complete the work. Your service techs have access to a solutions knowledge base to be able to complete their work faster and more accurately based on the teams experience.
